Iruai - 'Shasta-Cascade' Red Wine Blend (750ML)

Sourcing fruit from the wilds of California's mountainous Shasta-Trinity region as well as Southern Oregon, Iruai is one of the most unique California projects we've seen. This super-aromatic "American" blend (both Oregon and California fruit) is made up of Savagnin, Gruner Veltliner, Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay and Savagnin Rosé Musqué. Chartreuse vibes, but make it mountain wine!
