HOW TO COOK?
1 In a medium-sized pot, boil 4 cups of water. Once water starts to boil, add the Paro packet.
2 Cook for 25-30 minutes, stirring often until mung beans and rice are tender.
3 Add a pinch of salt. Stir and serve.
