By placing an order for alcohol, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age. An adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery of all alcohol orders. Provisions Club Subscription
The Provisions Club is a recurring subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly or quarterly basis based on your selected plan.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle through your account dashboard or by contacting customer support.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial periods.
- We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
- Box contents are curated by our team and may vary based on seasonal availability and your stated preferences.

Shipping Policy
We're proud to ship our curated selection of artisan food, drink, and lifestyle products to customers across the United States. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to 46 states nationwide. Due to state regulations on alcohol shipment, we are unable to ship alcohol products to the following states: Alabama, Mississippi, South Dakota, and Utah. Non-alcohol products can be shipped to all 50 states.
Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3β5 business days from order processing
- Expedited Shipping: 2β3 business days from order processing
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery (order by 12 PM PT)
- Provisions Club Boxes: Ship on the first week of each month, delivered within 2β4 business days
Orders are processed within 1β2 business days (MondayβFriday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons (holidays, special releases), processing may take an additional 1β2 business days.
Shipping Rates
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75
- Standard Shipping: $8.95 for orders under $75
- Expedited Shipping: $14.95
- Overnight Shipping: $24.95
- Provisions Club: Free shipping included with all subscription tiers
Temperature-Controlled Shipping
Perishable items, including artisan cheeses, charcuterie, chocolate (during warm months), and select prepared foods, are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs or gel packs at no additional charge. During summer months (JuneβSeptember), we may upgrade to expedited shipping for perishable items to ensure product quality upon arrival.
Alcohol Shipping
All alcohol shipments comply with federal and state regulations. Orders containing alcohol:
- Require an adult signature (21+) at time of delivery
- Cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes
- Are shipped via licensed carriers authorized to deliver alcohol
- May experience delays during extreme weather to protect product integrity
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order status through your account dashboard on our website.
Gift Orders
We offer gift shipping with optional gift messages. Gift orders will not include pricing information. Gift receipts can be included upon request. For corporate gifting and bulk orders, please contact us at gifts@theepicureantrader.com.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping coverage in the future. Please sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all products. If you are unsatisfied with any item for any reason, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to find a solution β whether that's a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with items missing:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
- We will ship a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund
- You do not need to return damaged perishable items
Non-Perishable Returns
Non-perishable items (cookware, barware, home goods, pantry staples in sealed packaging) may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
- You have your order confirmation or receipt
- Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the return is due to our error
Perishable Items
Due to the nature of perishable goods (cheese, charcuterie, prepared foods, chocolate), we cannot accept returns on these items. However, if a perishable item arrives in poor condition or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will provide a replacement or refund.
Alcohol Returns
Due to regulatory requirements, we cannot accept returns on alcohol products (wine, spirits, beer) unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect alcohol product, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
Provisions Club Returns
Provisions Club subscription boxes are curated experiences and are generally non-refundable. However:
- If items in your box arrive damaged, we will replace them at no charge
- If you are unhappy with your overall curation, contact us and we will work with your curator to adjust future boxes to better match your preferences
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3β5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Store credit, when offered as an alternative, is applied to your account immediately and does not expire.
