The Knob Creek 18 Year old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a triumph, bottled at 100 proof and aged for 18 years. As a cult-status producer in the bourbon state, this well-rounded whiskey exceeds expectations and is a must-have for bourbon purists and collectors of the finest Kentucky whiskeys.

Made with a mash bill of 77% corn, 13% rye, and 10% malted barley, this superb whiskey is offered in curated quantities and is reserved for only the most discerning bourbon enthusiasts.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Brown sugar and aged oak, with notes of char and caramel 

Palate: Full-bodied with notes of caramelized oak and hints of sweet vanilla and baking spices
Finish: Warm finish with spice and slight floral and fruit notes

This limited-edition release celebrates the time, effort, and commitment to our never-ending pursuit of craft. Aged twice as long as our flagship bourbon, Knob Creek 18-Year-Old owes its rich copper colour and deep notes of caramelised oak to its extensive ageing in our Kentucky rack houses.
