Their story
FinchBerry Soapery started as a hobby for Ashley Robertson while she was working as a patent lawyer. Her background in biology and chemistry carried over neatly into soapmaking, and the hobby grew into a full business.
The company now works out of a large headquarters in Waldo, just outside Gainesville, with a team of about twenty. Along with soap bars, FinchBerry has added accessories and gifts after noticing that the shops carrying its soaps wanted more to pair with them.
How it's made
FinchBerry soaps are handcrafted, vegan and made without preservatives. Robertson drew on her chemistry training to develop the formulas.
