Bi-Rite Creamery's classic Thanksgiving pumpkin pie. 26 oz, serves 6-8. The Epicurean Trader is the only place to get Bi-Rite pies outside of Bi-Rite. Limited quantities.
Ingredients: Pumpkin, flour, butter, evaporated milk, eggs, brown sugar, egg yolks, molasses, cream cheese (pasteurized milk and cream, cheese culture, salt, guar gum, xanthan gum, carob bean gum), heavy cream, sugar, apple cider vinegar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, vanilla extract.
