Their story
Ah-So is made by the Lopez de Lacalle family in Navarra, in northern Spain, led by Carlos Lopez de Lacalle. The family has worked with its local Garnacha vine clones since 1996.
The project puts their estate wine into small cans: a rosado, a blanco, a tinto and a sparkling Bubbles. The idea is simple, that good wine still starts in the vineyard, whatever it ends up packaged in.
How it's made
Grapes come from the family's own vineyards, farmed without synthetic chemicals or fertilizers and listed as practicing organic. Fruit is picked by hand, pressed gently by gravity and fermented with native yeast. The family bought its own canning line so the wine goes from vine to can without leaving their hands.
