Their story
AL's Real Goods is the cookie company of Aaron London, a Michelin-starred San Francisco chef and restaurateur. He wanted a chewy, buttery, premium cookie you could buy by the box at the grocery store for under ten dollars.
London spent about two years developing the line, most of the testing done himself, before launching in September 2025 with four flavors: Choco Choco, Choco Chip, Ginger Smack and Peanutter.
How it's made
The cookies are made with organic, Non-GMO Project verified, fair trade and sustainably sourced ingredients. London worked with food scientists and a co-packer, reworking recipes several times until they could be produced at scale without losing the texture he wanted.
It took a long time to crack the code on a cookie I would be really proud of.
