Their story
Ancient Harvest started in 1983 and says it was the first company to bring quinoa to the US, long before the grain was a grocery staple. Its quinoa grains, pastas and ready-to-heat pouches grew up in natural food stores.
The parent company, Quinoa Corporation, added the gluten-free baking brand Pamela's in 2019. In August 2024 Quinoa Corporation and both of its brands were acquired by Saco Foods.
How it's made
The range is built on quinoa and other ancient grains, sold as whole grains, gluten-free pastas made from quinoa and corn, and cooked heat-and-eat pouches, many of them organic.
