Their story
Fenwick's Distilling is the spirits arm of Fenwick Farms Brewing Company in Rensselaer, Indiana. Kenneth VanHouten founded the distillery in 2022, working alongside brewery owners Frank Fenwick and Samuel Yacko.
The idea was to add variety to what the brewery already offered. The team raised money from community investors to buy equipment and renovate a building, with plans to start with rum, vodka, gin and young whiskey.
How it's made
The distillery operates next to its sister brewery in Rensselaer, producing small batches of white spirits and young whiskey on its own equipment.
