Limited edition Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey finished in Calvados casks.

Master Distiller John Rempe combined three Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskeys distilled from the same ryed (78% corn, 10% rye, and 12% malted barley) mash bill: a 14 year old bourbon, an 11 year old bourbon, and an 8 year old bourbon finished in Calvados casks. The Calvados cask finished component is described as contributing aromas of “apple, vanilla, and cinnamon,” and flavors of “ripe apples, juicy pears, butterscotch, and chocolate.”
