Exquisite pasta dashes can be made using this sauce, but it’s also wonderful for risotto, crostini or canapes. Made with porcini mushrooms and Italian truffles, its rich taste makes it particularly well suited to special occasions. In addiiton to a pasta sauce, also use on grilled or baked meats, fish or poultry, and pork.
How to Use - Prepare al dente pasta and then add Truffle Porcini Cream for flavour. You can then sauté the pasta in a pan, adding some parsley and parmesan. This sauce is also delicious in a risotto.
Ingredients: Sunflower oil, Porcini mushroom (Boletus edulis), funghi champignons (Agaricus bisporus), etra virgin olive oil, salt, aroma, acidity corrector: citric acid, antiossidant: sulfur anitride, SULFITES

Palate: Rich and creamy with layers of umami from the mushrooms, balanced by the decadent and slightly nutty taste of truffles.
