Castle & Key Distillery - 'Small Batch' Bourbon (750ML)

The first wheated Bourbon to ever come from this place, Caste & Key Wheated is made from a mashbill of 73 % white corn, 10 % white wheat, and 17 % Kentucky malted barley, and distilled in two stills the distillery operates in: one is affectionately called Maribelle (after the Colonel's wife) and the other Fanny (after his daughter). This sweet-tasting, smooth-finishing Whiskey comes in two batches of 49 barrels. Batch Nr 2 is bottled at an ABV of 49% and offers amazing sweet and spicy flavors, making it very easy to sip neat, but will taste extraordinarily in any cocktail too.
