Granalta Espadin & Tobasiche is made with 80% maguey Espadin & 20% maguey Tobasiche (Agave karwinskii) in San Dionisio Ocotepec, Oaxaca by maestro mezcalero Miguel Martinez. This artisanal expression is roasted with mesquite & oak, milled by tahona, fermented in cypress wood & double distilled in a copper pot still.
