Hinterhaus Distillery - 'Calaveras Cask Finish' Bourbon (750ML)

Produced in small batches by aging bourbon in traditional new charred American oak at the distillery’s 4,000 ft perch in the Sierra Mountains. They then blend the bourbons and nod to the area’s robust wine region by letting batches rest in a variety of local wine casks.
