Distilled twice in copper pot stills. A small percentage of Reposado (aged 3-4 months) is added to the blend, and rested in tanks before bottling. Playful notes of black pepper, sweet potato, canella, soft soil, dry hay bales, burnt sugar, and a hint of vanilla. Verified additive free by Tequila Matchmaker. 40% ABV
