Póstumo Tequila Blanco is a masterfully crafted, small-batch tequila that captures the essence of artisanal production. Created by industry veteran Jaime Ortega and master distiller Alfredo Pelayo Brambilo, this tequila honors tradition and the spirit of craftsmanship. Sourced from family-owned agave plantations in the volcanic lowlands of Jalisco, Póstumo uses Blue Weber agave that is cooked in small batches in brick ovens, fermented with native yeasts, and distilled twice in Alembic stills. The non-chill filtered process enhances its authentic flavors and smooth texture. This tequila is named in tribute to Jaime’s grandmother and the agave plant, representing a deep respect for the legacy and life force behind each bottle.
