Savage & Cooke - 'Cask Finished' Rye Whiskey Finished in Grenache Barrels (750ML)

A lovely and welcoming cask finished Rye Whiskey, a masterpiece from Winemaker Dave Phinney and Distiller Jordan Via. Every grain utilized is harvested within a 50-mile radius of the distillery, utilizing pure water sourced from a high-elevation spring. The aging process takes place in char #3 American oak barrels, coopered a short distance from the distillery, while the Rye reaches its completion in Grenache barrels.
