Sonoma County West Of Kentucky Bourbon is made with three types of grain: unmalted Canadian rye, unmalted American yellow corn and American cherry wood-smoked malted barley. Aged in new charred American oak and finished un refill oak, this has notes of cherries, vanilla and sarsaparilla with a hint of smoke.
