Inspired by the Northern Rhône Côte-Rôtie tradition, the Viognier is co-fermented with early-picked, "crunchy" Syrah grapes using 100% whole-cluster, un-crushed carbonic fermentation to minimize heavy tannins. A balance of bright red fruit energy, deeper plum juiciness, and complex savory notes of green Castelvetrano olives and earth.
