Troupis Winery - 'Holy Mania' Moschofilero (750ML)

From the privately owned, low-production, vineyards of the winery we pick the healthiest grapes and with minimum interventions and additions a P.D.O. Mantinia at its purest form is produced. 

‘Wild’ fermentation creates an aromatic complexity that combines the aromas of white peach and citron which are followed by a slightly acidic yet full flavor and after- taste of jasmine.

Palate: Dry and light-bodied with a bright acidity, showcasing citrus and stone fruit flavors balanced by a subtle herbal touch​
