Zancudo Tobala is produced by Carlos Alberto Morales Taracena, a proud 6th generation mezcalero in the prolific Morales family of San Dionisio Ocotepec, Oaxaca. The agave is cooked in a pit oven, milled by tahona, fermented with natural yeasts, and double distilled in copper stills.
