Cocktail Recipe: Lemon Lavender Gimlet

This divine Gimlet riff from our friends at Liber & Co. is truly greater than the sum of its parts, with Lemon Lavender Cordial providing an impeccable complement to bracing lime and delicate, herbal gin.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Liber & Co - 'Lemon Lavender' Cordial (9.5OZ)
• 2 oz   Gin
• ½ oz  Cheeky Cocktails - Lime Juice (4OZ) or fresh lime juice

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice
• Shake hard for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled coupe
