Legendario Domingo San Luis Potosí is made with Maguey Verde (Agave salmiana) in Santa Isabel, San Luis Potosí by the Familia Hernández. Wild agaves from the Ejido of Santa Isabel are harvested, then cooked in a mamposteria (masonry) above-ground oven.
