Distilled using a blend of 13 carefully selected seeds and herbs, including anise seeds, nutmeg, cinnamon, and chamomile, this Ouzo is crafted with meticulous care. The distillation process involves the use of a 1000-liter copper boiler, where only the heart of the distillate is kept for the final product. After distillation, the Ouzo is filtered, diluted, and aged in stainless steel tanks for two weeks to achieve the perfect balance of flavors. The result is a smooth, high-quality Ouzo that reflects the heritage of Greece. Ideal for sipping slowly or pairing with classic Mediterranean dishes.
