Big Sky Brewing - 'Moose Drool' Brown-Ale (12OZ)

It's chocolate brown in color with a creamy texture. A malty beer with just enough hop presence to keep it from being too sweet. The aroma mostly comes from the malt with a hint of spice added by the hops. Moose Drool is brewed with pale, caramel, chocolate, and whole black malts; and Kent Goldings, Liberty, and Willamette hops. It has an original gravity of 13 degrees Plato, and is 4.2% alcohol by weight, 5.3% by volume.

Our venerable Milk Stout has joined the Core Brew party! Like the complexity of a well-roasted single-origin coffee, this stout brings it all. Spiciness from the peppercorn, citrus and herbal notes from the cardamom, the roastiness you expect in a stout, and softness and palatability that only milk sugar can bring. A new take on an underrepresented style, it drinks almost like a chai latte (without the caffeine!).

Dokkaebier - 'Kimchi' Sour (16OZ)

As ubiquitous as it is delicious (wait, what does ubiquitous mean, I keep seeing it everywhere?! Oh, it means 'everywhere'? Alright then), kimchi is a staple of Korean cuisine and so it was only a matter of time before we found a way to incorporate it. Not just the flavors of ginger and gochugaru, we also used the brewer's own personal kimchi culture. This kettle sour is an experience in a can!

We've fostered the good energy of dokkaebi into this very special IPA. It's got an enormous amount of fragrant, exotic aroma. The full body and rounded mouth-feel are balancing out these explosive aromas and flavors. So eccentric yet so accessible.

This drinkable blonde ale was brewed with one of the popular fruit flavors of Asia- Yuza (the Korean name for Yuzu), which gives our beer a crisp citrus aroma and flavor with a light and lingering taste that feels refreshing, sweet and bracing 

Anchorage Brewing - 'No Sleep' Strong Ale (375ML)

Blend of several vintages of double oaked barleywine and imperial stouts aged in a variety of bourbon barrels including Amalga whiskey barrels for 1-1 1/2 years. Finished in Klatch coffee, Vermont maple syrup, and Madagascar vanilla beans.

OtherWise Brewing - 'Guava Fresca' Sour (16OZ)

The natural floral notes of a guava pair perfectly with the funky, tropical notes of the lactobacillus plantarum bacteria used to sour this beer, creating a complex bouquet of fruit flavors and aromas. Delightfully tart. Guava Fresca delivers a balanced interpretation of the kettle sour style, with acidity, fruit, and malt flavors all contributing equally.

OtherWise Brewing - 'Western Addition' Pale Ale (16OZ)

Named both for our love of the West Coast style and San Francisco, this pale ale uses classic West Coast hops to create a sharp, satisfyingly bitterness that doesn't linger. Pomelo like fruitiness and dankness complementing the natural malt flavors of the beer.

OtherWise Brewing - 'Calrose Crisp' Lager (16OZ)

A classic pale lager brewed with malted Calrose rise as the only fermentable. Malted rice gives this beer a crisp., clean sharpness and a refreshingly dry finish, with subtle notes of toasted rise and honey. A restrained dose of German hops rounds out the flavor. 

Anchorage Brewing - 'Maumasi' Stout (375ML)

Maumasi a very special beer made in collaboration with a very special person. Mareko Maumasi of Maumasi Fire Arts, one of the most gifted culinary knife makers in the world; check out his Instagram and you will understand why. He traveled up to Anchorage to teach me his way of knife making and Damascus making, and I was honored to have him here. Maumasi is our first ever Triple Oaked Imperial Stout that we finished with Toasted Coconut and Coffee from Olympia Coffee Company, which is in Mareko’s home town. Yes Coffee has been added to beer a lot, but the interesting connection to this beer is the fact that Mareko uses coffee to etch the carbon steel in the Damascus to show the the contrast of black and silver in the steel.

10 Barrel Brewing Co. - 'Pub Beer' Lager (12OZ)

Floral hops are present with a slight spice and pear character. Pub beer is light and crisp with high carbonation and a minor creamy mouthfeel.

Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen - 'Langste Kook Season 21|22 Blend No.42' Lambic (750ML)

Blend of Lambik beer aged in oak Bottling Date: 02/23/2022

Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen - 'Pruim Mirabelle Season 21|22 Blend No.21' Lambic (750ML)

For this Pruim, we macerated fresh picked-to-ripeness sweet Mirabelle plums.Maceration took a tad over four months. For both maceration and blending, we used over 90% of old lambics, both two-, three- and four-year old. The weighted average of this blend upon bottling is therefore almost 25 months.The final fruit intensity is 304 grams of plums per litre of finished Pruim. The largest part of the fourteen brews used comes from smaller barrels and are 3 Fonteinen-brewed. Of those, more than 1/3 were brewed with Pajottenland grown cereals.

Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen - 'Golden Blend Season 19|20 Blend No.31' Lambic (750ML)

Blend of 1, 2, 3, and at least 25% 4-year old lambics. Spontaneous fermentation, patient maturation in oak barrels and continued evolution in the bottle result in a distinctively complex beer. When cellared properly, Golden Blend can be aged for several decades.

Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen - 'Nocturne Season 21|22 Blend No.48' Lambic (750ML)

Nocturne is a spontaneously fermented full malt beer. Not your typical lambik beer, but our take on a Vlaams Oud Bruin. The beer was brewed with five different barley malts, from pilsner malt to dark roasted malts, and no wheat whatsoever.

Dansk Mjod - 'Klapojster Mjod' Mead (750ML)

Danish Mjød brews based on old Danish recipe. From Nordic mythology we know that mead is a drink for gods who were drunk on festive occasions. Mjød is a natural product that is brewed exclusively on honey. Quite a few spices are used; in our opinion it gives the best mead. With inspiration from a Danish tradition we have mixed this mead with snaps. Pile oyster The mead is stronger than the traditional mead, but still the sweetness and fullness of the mead are preserved. Can be enjoyed both cooled and at room temperature.
