We’ve teamed up with our Berkeley-based friends at Fieldwork Brewing for the 10th year in a row to create this velvety, medium-bodied bear of a brew. The combination of Southern Cross, Simcoe, and Citra Cryo hops creates mouthwatering notes of pineapple, apricot, and passionfruit that are followed by a ridiculously smooth finish. Murkeley is a timeless murky DIPA, curated with the palates of IPA lovers in mind.

Sonaglio (Italian for Rattlesnake) is an Italian-Style Pils we worked on with our good buddy Tim from Oxbow Brewing Company in Portland, Maine. Hopped with 2 German Grown Varieties: Saphir to bring an old world flare of herbaceous spice and floral notes alongside (new to us) Callista bringing softer notes of White Peach and Meyer Lemon. It has been given extended aging time at cool temps to ensure the crispiest drinking experience. An absolute summer crusher.

The sun sets over Paradise Valley painting the streets shades of amber and gold. Every porch creaks in the dry wind and every pair of eyes turns toward the lone rider approaching from the horizon. A local cowboy known as Nugget McKrush enters the saloon. Some consider him an outlaw, others consider him a local legend. 'Orange Julian' Hazy IPA (16OZ)
A big old IPA brewed with oats and wheat and an abundance of hops as well as double dry hopped. The high ester producing yeast adds an intriguing pineapple and mango quality to an over the top hop expression from Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops. This IPA was originally brewed for Beachwood BBQ Seal Beach's 10th anniversary.

With Juiced Like Heaven we shot for the juicy stars with a Double IPA, brewing up a mildly sweet Double IPA with a sticky mouthfeel and infinitely gooey body; all to support four of the juiciest and more tropically intense hops on earth.

'Big Trouble in Little Citra' Hazy IPA (16OZ)
We don't mince words when it comes to favorite childhood movie hop-inspired pun-named beers, and Big Trouble In Little Citra is no different. Big Trouble In Little Citra shakes the pillars of heaven by dropping in a heaping pile of Citra hops and a six demon bag of Nectaron into an already velvety and juicy IPA. While the crazy amount of Citra we use provides thunderous notes of fresh-squeezed orange juice, ripe mango, lemon drops, and bright citrus zest, the addition of Nectaron brings order out of chaos, dropping secondary notes of dried nectarines, gooseberries, peach candies, and pineapple spears. After a couple of days on those hops, we chill Big Trouble, then send it through the centrifuge with crackerjack timing to preserve aromas that are so intense you'd think you took a 1985 Freightliner to the nose.

It’s soft, juicy, and full of hop flavor. Citra Cryo and Wai-iti beautifully complement Barbe Rouge, an illustrious hop developed in the legendary growing region of Alsace, France. This fourth batch features bright notes of white peach and lemon shortbread character on the nose, while the palate savors flavors of sweet orange, pineapple sorbet and fresh mango.

We swapped some hops in & out to update this to match our current ideals of what makes the best terpene driven clear & bitter beer. Mosaic, Simcoe, Strata & Centennial hops are layered in over and over to create a beer with bright aromas of strawberry daiquiri, Grand Marnier & lemon sorbet, supported by immature ganja bud and redwood forest floor. The 10% alcohol by volume is hidden well behind a high level of clean & crisp bitterness.

MC² is Photon’s big brother. We literally took Photon’s hopping rate and squared it. This DIPA is our tribute to the amazing relationship that energy and mass are balanced, proportional to the speed of a photon squared. It pours a hazy tangerine color, releasing bright tropical notes of mango, pineapple, and apricot. MC² tastes like succulent mango juice loaded with chewy hop resins. It’s very drinkable for 8.0%; be careful, this one can sneak up on you.

Czech Style Pilsner is a celebration of hops. It was first brewed in the Czech town of Pilsen in 1842 using special yeast smuggled out of Germany by a Czech monk. The region surrounding Pilsen is famous for its hops. Pilsner was the first clear golden brew: beers before it were dark and cloudy. We use imported Bavarian Hallertau and Tettnang aroma hops along with the finest pilsner malt.
