Their story
Cellarmaker opened in 2013 on Howard Street in San Francisco's SoMa neighborhood. Its founders, Tim Sciascia, Connor Casey and Kelly Caveney, all met at Marin Brewing Company, where Sciascia brewed for five years.
The name reflects their belief that a beer is shaped as much in the cellar, during fermentation and aging, as on brew day. The brewery made its name with hoppy pale ales and IPAs, in both clear and hazy styles, alongside small experimental batches.
How it's made
Cellarmaker brews small batches and rotates its lineup often. It focuses on freshness, date-stamping its beer and asking drinkers to enjoy it within a few weeks of packaging.
Our featured pick
Tiny Dankster Hazy Pale Ale (16OZ)
$7.00
Hopped with generous additions of Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, and Citra this is one of the producer juiciest and most loved pale ales. Notes of pineapple, kiwi, gooseberry, diesel, citrus and tropical.
