Rue de Rêve apéritifs are made with California wine, grape spirits (brandy), fruit and botanicals. The brandy infusion adds a beautiful bit of refinement and complexity, while the fruit and botanicals excite the palate. With a nod to our name and the base plant of ancient aromatized wine, all of our apéritifs include artemisia douglasiana, otherwise known as the “The Dream Plant.”
Rue De Reve's 'Aperitif' Blanc Wine is a delightful blend crafted from Chardonnay grapes sourced from the Russian River Valley. Produced with minimal intervention, this wine is designed to let the natural flavors of the grapes shine. Infused with grape spirits, grape juices, and botanicals like strawberry, lemon, rose hip, mint, and artemisia douglasiana, this apéritif offers a refreshing and slightly sweet experience. With bright floral notes and forward hints of tangerine and sunshine, it’s the perfect aperitif to open up any occasion.
