Woody Creek Distillers Mary's Gin with Butterfly Pea Blossom is a distinctive gin crafted from a unique blend of 11 botanicals, including juniper, coriander, angelica, lavender, cranberries, and citrus peels, all macerated for 18 hours before re-distillation. Afterward, three additional infusions of Butterfly Pea Blossom, Elderflower, and fresh Rhubarb add complexity and vibrant color. The result is a striking gin with a beautiful blue hue and a nose of fragrant juniper, coriander, and delicate floral notes. On the palate, it's smooth and well-balanced, with a subtle sweetness and a clean, refreshing finish.
