This gin is produced by taking Woody Creek Vodka and redistilling it with 11 botanicals that are directly macerated for 18 hours. Some of the botanicals include juniper, forged in-house, and coriander, angelica, lavender, hibiscus, cranberries, cinnamon, fresh lime, fresh lemon, fresh orange and Yuzu peel.
Post re-distillation, after proofing, three additional infusions occur: Butterfly Pea Blossom; Whole Dried Elderflower; and fresh Rhubarb.
