Worst Customer Service

This place is a scam. Placed an order on 12/4 and still has not be fulfilled or shipped. I have sent 4 emails and multiple calls with no updates or response. Can't leave a message as the mailbox is full. Clearly do not care about customers or service. Will never purchase anything form them or recommend. Will need to file a scam complaint with our bank.

Poor customer service and lack of updates

Does anyone work here? I placed a gift basket order over a week ago. The product said it "shipped," but the tracking number never worked, and the order never arrived. I've tried to reach out to customer service via email and telephone, and no one has answered. This seems like a scam. I'm in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB.
