This hand-crafted and masterfully-selected blend of Irish Whiskies aged between 12 and 33 years in ex-bourbon casks is an exceptional spirit, one of the most exclusive and flavor-packed ones on the market.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: A fruity blend of fresh citrus, mandarin, and candied apple, accented by white pepper, nutmeg, hazelnut chocolate, toffee, and sweet vanilla.

Palate: Caramelized red apples and orange zest meld with rich crème brûlée, pot still spices, and cereal undertones for a delightful medley.

Finish: A rich, lasting finish where grain and pot still spices fade, allowing the oak's influence to shine through after years of maturation.
