Midleton Whiskey Barry Crockett Legacy is a rebranded, limited-edition single pot still whiskey created to honor the career of former master distiller Barry Crockett, who dedicated 47 years to Midleton Distillery. This exceptional whiskey is crafted from a unique blend of light, medium, and heavy pot still elements, primarily aged in 1st fill bourbon casks, with a portion matured in virgin American oak. While there is no age statement, some of the whiskey used is aged up to 25 years. This whiskey has earned accolades, including Master titles at the Irish Whiskey Masters in 2021 and 2022, and is celebrated as one of the finest expressions in the Midleton range.

Made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley and then triple distilled in traditional copper pot stills, Pot Still whiskeys are characterised by full, complex flavors and a wonderful creamy mouthfeel.

Elegant aroma of vanilla and toasted oak complimented by a touch of lime, succulent green berries, pears and green sweet pepper. Light pepper carries onto fresh citrus, limes and mandarin orange sweetness on the palate. A hint of cinnamon with vanilla and oak reveals its years spent in American oak. The full spectrum of flavors lasts well into the finish, slowly fading to expose the clean American oak foundation.
