Willett Family Estate Bottled Bourbon is a very unusual whiskey in many regards. The Bourbon label exists for the sole purpose of our family's Private Barrel Selection Program, and is the only label of its kind in existence. It is an un-chillfiltered, barrel proof, straight bourbon whiskey of unusual depth and complexity.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Funky, with heavy caramel, bright oak, vanilla, candied cherry, plum, and a complex mix of herbs, pepper, and chocolate.

Palate: A bold start with cherry hots, juicy pear, grapefruit, herbal tea notes, cherry sweetness, clove, molasses, raisin, and black cherry.

Finish: Medium-length with a tannic, earthy caramel bar linger and hints of plum, raisin, and blackberry.
