Their story
Agrisicilia is a family company in Belpasso, on the slopes below Mount Etna in Sicily. Salvatore Mammana founded it about thirty years ago, and his daughter Sofia joined at 21 and now helps run the business.
The company has grown into a sizable producer of preserves and spreads, with more than half of its sales going abroad.
How it's made
Agrisicilia works with Sicilian fruit such as PGI blood oranges, Syracuse lemons and late Ciaculli mandarins, as well as bergamot and bitter oranges. Fruit is processed fresh rather than from industrial semi-finished bases, and the citrus is peeled by hand. The company also makes pistachio, hazelnut and almond spreads.

we are the only company in the sector to carry out the peeling process by hand.
Why we carry them
We love Agrisicilia's pistachio cream on toast, crepes or straight off the spoon. Their blood orange marmalade is a great match for cheese.
