Their story
Eleven Madison Home is the at-home line from chef Daniel Humm and Eleven Madison Park, the New York restaurant he turned into an all plant-based dining room. It brings that kitchen's cooking out of the dining room and into home pantries and refrigerators.
The line launched in spring 2022 as a weekly box of vegan meals, snacks, desserts and pantry items, with menus that changed each week around local produce. Each purchase also supported Rethink Food, a nonprofit that works to get good food to people in need.
How it's made
Components are prepared in the company's kitchen in Long Island City, Queens, using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. The menu is fully plant-based, with a few items made with partner producers from around New York.
