It's Skinny
Konjac pasta with almost no calories and zero net carbs.
- Founded by

Their story
It's Skinny is an Austin, Texas company started by Bryan Guadagno and Barb Axelson, who saw room for a low-carb pasta people would want to eat again. Konjac noodles had been around for years, but many found them slimy, rubbery or fishy.
The pair set out to fix those problems and started with regional grocery chains before growing online. The line now includes spaghetti, fettuccine, angel hair and rice shapes, and in 2025 the company added ready-to-eat pasta meals.
How it's made
The pasta is made from konjac, a root high in fiber. It is worked to improve texture, color and smell, and each serving comes in around 9 calories with zero net carbs.
