Their story
Kinzie Foods is the sauce company of Walter Kinzie, who spent years in live events and hospitality, working on concerts, inauguration events and pandemic-era drive-in shows. Bringing people together around food was a natural next step.
The brand makes barbecue sauces in flavors you do not usually find on the shelf, like pickle, espresso and ghost pepper, plus rotating limited editions such as pistachio and jalapeño lime. Kinzie sells at festivals and markets and has won awards for its sauces.
How it's made
The sauces are made in small batches in a licensed commercial kitchen in the United States. They contain no artificial flavors, colors, preservatives or high-fructose corn syrup, with less sugar than typical barbecue sauce.
