Their story
Terrapin Ridge Farms is led by Mary O'Donnell and her longtime friend Brian Coughlin. Mary had spent more than a decade in specialty foods when the two bought the small Terrapin Ridge Farms brand in 2010.
She credits her family's way of hosting, especially her mother, known to everyone as Aunt Rosie, as the inspiration for the line. What started as a few products and about a hundred store accounts has grown to more than 100 condiments sold well beyond the United States.
How it's made
The range covers savory jams, garnishing aiolis, mustards, dips, dressings, and grilling sauces. Each recipe is developed to dress up everyday meals and snacks, and the team refines flavors using feedback from trade shows and in-store tastings.
