Their story
XILLI launched in 2015 as a brand from Woodland Radicle Brands, co-founded by Steve Wilson. It was introduced quietly through cocktail bars first, with in-bar sampling, before reaching retail shelves.
The bottle design, by the agency Sedley Place, centers on a motif drawn from Aztec calendar stones with a sun god at its core, a nod to the drink's Mexican flavor inspiration.
How it's made
XILLI is a spirit drink infused with cayenne pepper and habanero chiles, finished with a measure of tequila. It is built for shots and for adding heat to cocktails.
Our featured pick
Salsa Macha Con Cacahuates (10OZ)
$22.00
Slowly fried chipotles and toasted peanuts in a smoky “xilli†(chili) oil.
Why we carry them
We keep XILLI in mind for anyone who wants real chile heat in a Bloody Mary or spicy margarita without making their own infusion.
