Sonaglio (Italian for Rattlesnake) is an Italian-Style Pils we worked on with our good buddy Tim from Oxbow Brewing Company in Portland, Maine. Hopped with 2 German Grown Varieties: Saphir to bring an old world flare of herbaceous spice and floral notes alongside (new to us) Callista bringing softer notes of White Peach and Meyer Lemon. It has been given extended aging time at cool temps to ensure the crispiest drinking experience. An absolute summer crusher.
