Their story
Torres Selecta is the premium line from Patatas Torres, a potato chip maker based in Montmeló, just outside Barcelona, with more than half a century of experience frying chips.
The Selecta range is where the company plays with Spanish and gourmet pantry flavors. Alongside simple olive oil and sea salt chips, it offers black truffle, Iberian ham, cured cheese, smoked paprika from La Vera and even a cava-style sparkling wine chip.
How it's made
Torres selects its potatoes and seasonings carefully and fries in small batches using a hand-tended process. Some chips are cooked in extra virgin olive oil and finished with Mediterranean salt, while others are seasoned with flavors drawn from classic Spanish foods.
