  • Tasting Notes

    Nose:     Prevalent fruit sweetness wafts from the glass with notable cherry, candied apple, and strawberry in the medley. Deep inhales reveal a slightly synthetic vanilla. Light biscoff cookie and bright black pepper add complexity. The nose-feel is slightly drying and thin, with imperceptible wafts of caramel hanging in the glass​

    Palate: The mouthfeel is thin but creamy, similar to light proof Irish whiskeys. Additional sips reveal bigger cherry skin, vanilla, and ladyfinger notes. A larger sip produces vanilla bean ice cream and sweet tart vibes, with hints of raspberry and tannic fermented fruit in the linger. Creamy and soft flavors persist, with strawberries and cream appearing near the bottom of the glass and a sweet cereal backbone. The finish adds sweet raspberry and slightly smoky vanilla​

    Finish: The bourbon has a medium, dry finish with hints of oak tannins and a bitter note like orange peel but delivers a subtle light fruit aftertaste. It is a long and warm finish.
