In collaboration with the Denver Botanic Gardens, Mythology has distilled a specialty release botanical gin that's produced with chamomile, lemon verbena and elderflower harvested from the Denver Botanic Gardens.
Lemon zest, soft juniper and fresh cut flowers on the nose transition to warm chamomile tea, fresh pine, pink peppercorn spice and candied citrus rind on the palette. The Gin finishes with lasting green cardamom, flower petals and orange blossom water.
This is an annual specialty release that Mythology will donate a part of the proceeds sold from each bottle to The Denver Botanic Gardens.
