Their story
Eduardo's Pasta Co. is a San Francisco original. Chef Eduardo Morettoni began making pasta in a garage in 1977, and over the years his egg pasta became a staple on Bay Area grocery shelves.
In 2025 the Zucchi family took over the business, moving from Wisconsin to run it. Nando Zucchi leads the company with his wife Anne, while daughters Mia and Andrea handle design and writing. They have added online ordering and plan to bring the brand to more of the Bay Area while keeping the original recipes.
How it's made
Eduardo's makes dried pasta enriched with eggs, which gives it a richer flavor and a firm, springy texture. The new owners say their goal is to keep the taste and texture that longtime customers know.
